Insert image and resize to fit merges selected cell (also merged cell)

Hello,

Here is a VBA script that works to resize a already imported image to fit a fixed cell.

My question is:
Is there someone who can modify it so wenn i run the VBA script i can browse for a picture and that it will resize it fit to the selected(merged) cell? Now it will resize a already imported picture with a fixed cell within the script.
