Thank you for taking the time reading this and helping me out. I am looking for a macro that can help me get data from a text file and move it into the correct format in excel. This text file has over a million lines, but I am only looking to get some of the data. You will see the format I want in the attachment in the excel file. The text file that I will be attaching is a sample of what needs to be converted. Some of the USERID's have several groups. I will only want the first group that is stated. Here is an example of what the text file looks like.

The group that I want is ACS, not ACSDB2 or ACSIMS or any of the groups below. Also, the create year and date is stated as CREATED=13.053. I will want it was create year 13 and after the period is the create date 053. Same goes for Pass year and pass date. PASSDATE=14.159 which is pass year 14 and pass date is after the period 159.
