Generating Combinations of Four "Strings" from large pool of strings!

So I want to take a large pool of strings, which in this case are names for moves, and create every possible combination of four of those strings from every string inputted into a large pool.

The large pool, in this spreadsheet, is identified as moves. My goal is to create combinations of four of those moves, and each one is then inserted into its own smaller moves box under "Potential Sets".

It seems to me that this is likely cumbersome to accomplish with formulas and so VBA coding is the proper way to tackle this challenge, but unfortunately my knowledge of VBA is limited.

If you do successfully write a code to accomplish this, please provide a thorough analysis of what you used and how each element of the code functions. I am also looking to learn excel VBA myself.
