count, vlookup internaly in one macro (only vba)

    Hi all,
please see the attached file for the example,

    What i need to do?

The data from Sheet "DATA2" need to be vlookup in the DATA1 and the count of the vlookuped values need to appear in sheet "EXECUTION"
I need to do this internally in the macro because its only a part of it (i tried countif and offset but with no luck)
Link to the ozgrid topic, where i posted the same problem : http://www.ozgrid.com/forum/showthre...052#post719052 .
