Change lowercase letters to upper-case

Hi guys, could you help me?

I have 4 columns (B:E) that consist of some text and numbers. I need to make a VBA to check if every line starts with upper-case letter and if not, change it. Also i need to check the whole sentence in the cell and if there is a full stop (.), and the following letter isn't upper-case, i need to change it to the upper case as well.

Is it understandable for you what I need? Is it even possible?
