Default "Look in" location

Hi I was hoping someone could should me how to modify the following macro so I can specify it's default "Look in" location because at the moment it wants to look in My Documents folder. I would also like to know if it is possible that the hyperlink it creates in the excel spreadsheet can be made to automatically match the name of the file selected.
