Macro to make list box menus auto-display when cell is clicked?

Does anyone know how to code a macro that will make a listbox display its drop down menu once the listbox cell is clicked? I would like to eliminate the step of having to click on the side arrow. In my example (see attached file) when a listing is selected in a list box it hides or unhides rows of text on the adjacent sheet. (I'm creating a "Task Generator" where teams can choose Goals on a "Scorecard" and by doing so create a list of detailed Tasks on another Sheet.) In the attached file there are only two listbox options: "Not Pursuing" or "Pursuing - Show All Tasks" but the actual tool I've already created has several dozen Goals, some with a few dozen Tasks associated with them, and about 20 different configurations of Listbox menus to use among these Goals. Thus, I really don't want to re-code to use combo boxes or such...

BTW, I am very new to macros so please dumb down any explanations. (use short words, speak slowly, etc....

Thanks for any help you can give. David
