Extract Data from one to another using conditions

Dear all,

I would like to be able to extract certain data from one sheet to another using the macro condition, as explained below, please.

Logic:
find duplicate names (column A), If same name occurs more than 3 times or is equal to 3 (>=3), and it has the same date, then extract the name to sheet2, and calculate the AVG and STDDEV from all the prices that fall under the same name within the same date.


Please see the example in the worksheet, for further detail.
Sheet1, shows input data and sheet2 shows the desired output.
