Missing label text in rectangle graph with varying width

Hi,

I have the following enclosed graph based on the VBA program. However, label text in row 1 and columns L to O has disappeared, i.e. China, Eastern Europe, Rest of Asia, Rest World.

Also, row 1 column K should represent a dotted red line with the label text "Average 1.5 %/a" but is now instead a filled rectangle with no text.

Could some one help me with the problem?
