Generate macro/report from a Userform

Is it possible to create a UserForm in VB that, when the fields are filled in, instead of exporting the data to a worksheet, would import existing data from cells on another worksheet to display the it as a report?

Im dealing with Employee details. I want to add a new button on to my Userform,(Generate). So when I search for a data from my UserForm and click on generate button. It should generate a new excel file with the fields.


"IQN- Apr 2014 - Souvik Ghosh.xlsx‎ " is the output file expected
