Find a value on a sheet and highlight the row

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet with names in one column and functions performed by individuals across the top. I am receiving inputs from several people and would like to find their changes easily. They are marking their changes as "x" in red font.
I would like to be able to highlight the row with x in red font. Is there an easy way to do this?
