VBA help needed to replace titles with abbreviations

I have a catalogue naming project where I have to reduce the number of wordings for each product naming to 35 characters. I have to come up with a VBA that first reduce a one worded name of the Company to the first five letters, a 2 worded Company to the first 4 letters followed by initials and a 3 worded Company to the first 3 letters followed by initials. An example would be CATERPILLAR would be reduced to CATER, CATERPILLAR INDUSTRIES will be reduced to CATEI and CATERPILLAR INDUSTRIES LIMITED would be reduced to CATII.

After which, I have to search the rest of the words contained in the product name and matches it with a list of abbreviations in 2 seperate columns (Eg. Column C &D). So for example the name is Dimo Industries Limited Bananas in Texas. It will be trancated to DIMIL BAN IN TEX. Where the list of abbreviations is Bananas=BAN, IN=IN and TEXAS=TEX.The company name can be differentiated from the other words by being words that do not belong to the list of abbreviations.
