Search the value in the sheet using textbox and comman button

Hello everyone! Can you help me or give me advice about this.
I have two textboxes the first textbox named Textbox1 and the second textbox named textbox2
the first text box is used to search the items in F column and the second textbox is used to search the items in H columns.
Firsttextbox is the corporate code and the second textbox is the corporate name

so the specifications are
1.If the textboxes has inputted details that corresponding corp code or corp name will appear. for example I enter the corpname if I click the search button the corp name will appear and the corresponding corp code in the textboxes and also in the cells d10 and f10.
2.if I click the search button without the inputted details all the data in column F and H will appear in columns D and F

I am using excel2007
I hope you could help me. Advices or comments will be highly appreciated. I also attached a sample file for your guidance and help. Thanks alot
