Printing multiple worksheets to a single pdf file

Hi all,

I am looking for a macro/vba code that will help me print multiple worksheets (roughly around 12 sheets) into a single excel file, taking into account the already defined 'print area' that i have set up. Im happy to change the name of the sheets, but just cant get the rest of the code right!

I usually use PDF Creator if that helps at all.

Do you not just select all the sheet you want and print them? Something like:

As stated above, if I do this the output will include the hidden sections where there will be blank pages

Which PDFCreator program to you have (developer/version)?

If you don't want to do it like that you need to print them individually and collect them in the PDFCreator queue. Depends on what program you use as to whether it's possible from VBA.

I am currently using Excel 2010, and when i click print i just select PDFCreator.

i know that i can just select all the sheets manually and do it this way, but as i do this everyday, i was just hoping there might be a code or something similar to automate such an arduous task!

Is the same as selecting the sheets manually and pressing print.
You can change the numbers to sheet name, for example:

How can i change it so that it prints to PDFCreator, rather than my desktop printer? thanks
