arranging data according to set parameters if > 0 then = C3....

Hi, thank you for taking the time to look at my post

I am a relative beginner to Macros and have briefly glimpsed the potential of it, however I am finding it super tough

    See attached sheet

I have a sheet full of rows of data I need to move to the next sheet (Sheet 2)

Sheet 2 has the layout (with headers) I need to present my data

However the rows in sheet 1 present all the information in one row, i need to split the information from the row in sheet one into multiple rows in sheet 2, according to the type of transaction it is

    The yellow highlighted one

This transaction has in sheet1 3 values= net amount , vat and gross amount, i need to arrange this as shown in sheet2

The same applies for The Blue highlighted transaction and the green highlighted transaction

I understand i have to set some parameters like if vat > 0 and 20% of net value = a sundry

....i just am not sure how to start?

Apologies if this is a mish mash and please let me know if i need to clear anything up

    Thank you
