coma delimited data in rows, Help

hi I have data in this format please see image and I need to convert data delimited by a coma into a new row. I've tried multiple vba's and can't get any where with it.

Original Data
BU SITE ID
A B, C, D 12
H, W K, L, M 4
E, F O, P 5
J, K X 6
S, T V 8

How I want it

BU SITE ID
A B 12
A C 12
A D 12
H K 4
H L 4
H M 4
W K 4
W L 4
W M 4
E O 5
E P 5
F O 5
F P 5
J X 6
K X 6
S V 8
T V 8

the issue is that it's a of of data, I can not do it manually, please anyone help

Since you have not attached an excel sheet. I made one for you, but two points.
The data are assumed to be on columns A-C and
The outcome is on column E1. if the layout of your data is different, you need to attach a sample book.

Big thanks to both of you, both options work for this current data set, but this is just a demo data set, the original spreadsheets are far larger, on the other hand I needed an idea and this works just awesome so i will need to modify as needed, so Thank you both for your replies.
