Developing a macro using pivot tables, sum function and vlookups

    Hi,

Is it easy to develop a macro for the attached please?

The first 4 tabs (all sales, rebate wk, rebate mth, rebate YTD) will be input/saved first. Then it's time for the macro I think.

    The steps are as follows:

Create '2014 Net' by using cells A to I in 'All sales' tab. See '2014 tab' for pivot table format.

Copy and paste information from pivot table into columns F to I.

    Rename columns:
    F Cust Grp 1
    G Wk Gross
    H Mth Gross
    I YTD Gross

In each of the rebate tabs, i need to create a pivot table to include column M to P. Row labels being column P and Values being column M.

going back to the '2014 net' tab. I need to create a 2 spaces between each figure i.e. (see 'spaces' tab as an example). I would like this done on the '2014 net' tab.

    columns now to be called:
    F Cust Grp 1
    G Wk Gross
    H Rebate Wk
    I Wk Net
    J Mth Gross
    K Rebate Mth
    L Mth Net
    M YTD Gross
    N Rebate YTD
    O YTD Net

Column H Vlookup to 'rebate wk' pivot table
Column K Vlookup to 'rebate mth' pivot table
Column N Vlookup to 'rebate YTD' pivot table

    Calculation: in cell I (G minus H) in cell L (J minus K) and in cell O (M minus N)

That's it! Hope you can help or am I asking the impossible!

    Thanks

    Hope this helps

Sometimes its best to start at the beginning and learn VBA & Excel.

Please dont ask me to do your work for you, I learnt from Reading books, Recording, F1 and Google and like having all of this knowledge in my head for the next time i wish to do it, or wish to tweak it.

Have a look at google for the basics. You cant expect from scratch on this, this is for helping people not doing it for them.
