Code to change value to ProperCase

I am trying to automatically change Range("N8") to "ProperCase". Can anyone tell me how and where to add this to the code?

To be honest i don't quite understand what the (0,0) is for but i'm really glad it works. I would like to know how your code works though.

A minor issue just happened. After i entered the value in cell N8 and hit "enter", in which the cell indeed switched to "Proper", when i went back in to the cell and backspaced to clear the contents i got an error message?
Can you advise on this?
By the way, cell N8 is merged till Q8.

The (0,0) is to avoid having to deal with $ signs
