How Do I find keywords and put it into template?

So I have

2 Columns

"Search for" in Column A

"Put Out" in Column C


I am given information Columns F and G

I want Column H



Is there anyway a macro can search for a list of keywords in a cell individually and spit out the according response?

did you want to add some tenses to the results, like Computer is Running, Valve has been disabled

So isnt there a macro that says if Cell contains words in Column A then

Spit out "is"& the according past tense word

Some times it wont be the first word of the sentence
