Sending Routed Worksheet as a 1993-2003 Doc

So I have code that I pulled from another thread and modified slightly for my own purposes (will change it more later for adaption to my own forms). I got it working, but the problem I'm running into is that when I route the form to the first address, it sends the document as whatever excel 2010's default file type is, and not the 97-03 format of the original, which is needed for the routing to work I believe.
Does anyone know what line of code I could add to make sure it's sent as a 97-03 file type?

    Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Sorry about the title, supposed to be 97-2003
