VBA to update date ranged cells to 5 day temperatures

Let's see if I can try to explain this. I have a 5 days weather API that updates when you click a commend button. It shows a pic as well as the highs and lows for the next 5 days. I've added this to a worksheet that has 31 rows that each contain a date for the month. If there a way to add the 5 day forecast to cells in this list when and only when the dates match the dates for the weather API? Thanks in advance for any and all help!Weather API.xlsm

Maybe a better way to do this would to forget about having the 5 day forecast at the top and add it as columns down the side for all the days in that month. When the refresh button his it, if these dates fall in the 5 day forecast range, they would be updated with the correct weather information. Would this be easier to do instead?
