Remove Duplicate Rows based on Dates

Hi,

I have a large spreadsheet that has some duplicates in Row Q. However, in column L there is a date. I want to be able to find the duplicates in column Q then delete the duplicate with the earliest date.

Idont think you need the lrow-1 bit as youre stepping -1

what is happening with your code. YOu should detail the error/discrepancy also.

I'm not getting an error. I removed the lrow-1 and the code doesn't do anything.
