From Userform to Worksheet

Creating my first userform and need some help.

Below is a condensed list of combobox and text box names

userform name: frmQA
combobox name: cmbscreener and cmbreviewer
text box name: tbscore1 and tbscore2

Each combo and text box have their own label which are the field names I want to use in the worksheet. Essentially what I need is a commandbutton that will move what's entered in each box to the worksheet after I click it.

that worked thanks. one last question on the same file. I have 5 check boxes under the 'Auto Fail' section. if any of those are checked, I would need the 'Calculate Score' to output a 0.00%. can you help?
