Sorting data based on filter

Hello,

I would like to sort the data's in a sheet based on the values in a column. And column has 4 values S, M, MI, SI.

First the data should be sorted by the values S, M, MI, SI, like all S first then M, then MI and the SI.

Now only the rows contain S should be filtered and select the next column which has some values and sort the data in filter from largest to smallest.

Then, filter only the rows has M and then sort the data in filter based on next column.

and the same for the rest two (MI and SI) also.

So I can't see what you're working with, but this sounds like could just do it with the custom sort. Make level 1 the column with S, M, MI, SI, and make level 2 the column with the values. It will sort alphabetically, but if you really need it to be S, M, MI, and then SI in that order, you could either copy and paste or create another column which is S->1, M->2, MI->3, SI->4 and sort by that.

Highlight the data. Choose custom sort. Level 1: Helper, Level 2: Column 2.
