Comparing 2 excel workbooks and highlighting the differences

Hi,

I have 2 excel workbooks,
1st is a master file containing 195 rows and 2 columns . 2nd is a file generated on a hourly basis having around 30 rows approximately and same 2 columns.
I need to find the row wise content of the 2nd file, filter those out from 1st file and compare the values of column 2 in workbook 1st and 2nd. If they match then highlight by green else red .

Can anyone please help me out .
