How Do i Send the email from Lotus Notes Using Macro ?

Hi

I want to send email Using Lotus notes.Please some one assite me.

My requirement.

1)When i change the dropdown it should change the Column(Email to be sent) to Yes and when i close the sheet it should send email to all the YES to the respective email ID.

2) Macro is such that it needs to send email as per country and catorgory.

3) Once succesfully email sent the the colum "reminder sent"should be filled with the date.

4) Body of email will be pre defined as per sub catogory and it should copy paste automaticly.

Is it possible ? if so Can any one help ?
