Copy Paste content of different cells in another excel sheet in a particular order

Need help on creating a macro which opens folder to browse for an excel file then copy few cells from that excel and paste those cells in a particular order in the excel containing the macro.
I have attached two excels for reference. Data excel is the excel which needs to be browsed and the cells inside it should be copied and pasted to the macro enabled excel in the format as shown in the output excel.
