Delete and shift cell up continous looping error

Hi, I would like to ask for some advice with regards to my code. It seems that It does not stop looping. Take a look on the table below

Column B

Apple

Banana

It seems that I have it wrong because it kept on going to start if it detect a blank cell but all I want is to delete all blank cell with the given range which is B10 To B16.
