    Post VBA to move cursor

I am using excell 2010. The worksheet has values typed into cells and the user needs to click the enter key to move to next cell where data next data is to be entered etc, etc. until the where no need to add values. I would like to be able to move cursor to next cell based on the value that is in the avtive cell rather than use the enter key. eg if you enter a value and that value is a 1 digit value is between 2 and 9 then move to next cell or if a 1 has been entered then a second digit must be added and the enter kety is clicked to move ore could move as with any number between 2 and 9. Hope this is not difficult to understand.
    Thanks for your help

    EXAMPLE BELOW
    Cell A1 B1 C1 D1
Data 2 move 2 move 3 move 1 (would need second digit)
EG above as numbers entered A1 to C1 would move to left D1 needs a second digit before it could move
