Avoid Duplicates Entry on Pasting Data from one sheet to another sheet

Hello Again,

My simple code to copy value from data sheet to another sheet was solved earlier! THANKS TO "Sixthsense"!.

Now, another problem occured.. :-) I don't want a duplicate entry to be paste on target sheets, the "DATE" column on target sheet should the primary key to trigger the duplicate entries.
