Copy a specific range from one workbook to another

Hi, who can help me with this?

I need to copy specific cells in a table from one workbook into another.
Both workbooks have the same table, but the rows are not necessary in the same order and I have to make sure the right cells are copied.

I have attached an example with 2 tables. In real life there are 2 independent workbooks and a larger number of rows.

I need to copy each ConnectionString value from column D, where the TableName value from column C is the same in both workbooks.
So in the example D3 would have to copy to D9, D4 to D8 and D5 to D10.

I cannot change the order of the columns, so I do not think I can use Vlookup.
How would I do this ?
