Automatically Extract comment/data from Sheet 1 to populate Sheet 2

Hello! I'm newish to the VBA game but I'm sure there's a way to do this using it!

I have 6 instructors who all want to use this function for their individual student reports at the end of class.

They all have an evaluation (sheet 1) that has drop down options for grading comment in column N. I want the drop down answer selected by the instructor to automatically go to the course report for the relevant section (sheet 2) in the same workbook. Once I get the right code or function, whatever does this best, I will need to copy it 14 times for each section that students are graded on to auto-populate the course report.
