How to put this condition as macro

Hi,

I am new to macros. This is an attendance tracker in which points drop off for employees who did not get any points(remarks) for 90 consecutive days. What is required is the 90 days sum should start from the 1st point an employee gets( rather than from starting of month). This should roll over, sum accordingly and display as needed.

Please find the excel document here and observe "New Requirement" sheet. I want to do macro to execute the kind of formulas as in column E and F some number of times. As we need to do for rolling years, these should be repeated . Please help me.
