Decreasing selected specific range by 14 columns from the left

Hi all,
I've got this kind of problem. I'm selecting cells by using:

Column F has a variable number of names, to which I'm trying to copy-paste values from different sheet. For example in F there is a 90 names and I'm selecting range F10:AE100, and then I want to decrease this selection to T10:AE100.

How do I do this? By using Offset during Thanks in advance for help.
