For a name row, when there is no value you want the corresponding header to be concatened in the cell in column AQ is it?
The header is not with date.
What is you final need to group data in the same cell?

Hi PCI, yes the output (which is what I want is in column AQ). Sorry I forgot to add the header to column AQ.
I need to do mail merge with the dates as I need to send out forms with the dates they were absent in the period of time.
Just that the code cannot run for certain rows eg. Rows 23
