Right click on the boundary line of the CheckBox>Left click on any small little square>drag it to required size.

I've tried that but still the size of the square doesn't change. Only the size of the "Caption" part it changing.

Please upload a sample of your problem so that I can see where I can help.
Attach a sample workbook, not a picture of your workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

You cannot change the size of the box.

And again shg is correct in stating that one cannot change the size of the CheckBox.
The only workaround would be to replace it with a TextBox to simulate the appearance of an Enlarged CheckBox.

You can alter the size with zoom but it will affect everything.

I just want to fit the size of the 'square' to size of the caption, that's all. How do you zoom?
Zoom is a property of the userform.
