user name and password

hey every one

i have one page with 6 different links, each link will open one worksheet , i want to set password to each link to open there worksheet ,

so any one can help please i can update my file if it's required .

hey Hemesh thanks for help ; when i click on purchase i should get window to input username and password so it will linked me to purchase Dep sheet ;
the same for ENGINEERING , production, account , estimation ,

hello riderz ! hide all sheets except main sheet then Do below
1-Click Alt+F11 together this will open VBE
2- Click insert---> module
3. Copy paste below
4. Red color text you need to change for other tabs. i.e. for engineer or other tabs rest remains same.

then remove links from purchase and Right click you will find a tab ASSIGN MACRO click and select PURCHASE from the Window

then for other Tabs copy paste the same code
then change Sub Purchase to sub engineer or sub production accordingly and then
change password = "write here your password" and change the sheets

the idea is purchase Dep can access to ( purc-1) only which it need passoword after they access to ( purc-1) there is links in this sheets which not need password .
the same will be for others links in main page (Main ) so each department can access there sheets.

after i enter the password it should linked me to purc-1 which is did , but the linked in purc-1 not working .

I am not getting your second point.

@poloop there is no effect of caps or small because one sheet name cannot be assigned to any other sheet name, I think they are name sensitive not case.

ok how if i make one file name :Main purchase and one more file the purchases file , in the Main purchase file there is link to purchase file, now i want the password to be set when i click on the link in the Main purchase file it should linked me to the purchases file , and if any one try to open purchase file not from the link it should again ask for password so please can you help in this
