I have to organize data from http://www.crunchbase.com/organizati...rk/investments

I have 8 columns that need to filled

-Company name -Last investment date -Last investment round -Size -Participants -Company website (can be left blank) -Crunchbase URL -Notes

When I copy and paste the website data unto excel, all I get is a jumbled mess.

Is there a method that can help organize this information the way I need it to?
