    Fixed date stamp

    hi all,

i have recently started using mac excel 11.

i have attached the workbook and included cell comments to show what i wanted it to do.

all i want is that when the add new assessment button is pressed and the new row added at 17: that the date in cell a17 is inputted automatically and is fixed. then crc is inputted in column b; then column c increments by 1 from the row below; the drop down box is put in column d; nothing done to column e; drop down box in f and then finally column g is populated by the results of the date created in cell a17 + 364 days.

hope this is clear, i just cant seem to figure this out without using the crappy changing date(), today() tools

    many thanks

    chris
