as described in the subject. Intellisense is not working for a certain file while it does for others. I am using Excel 2013

Selected reference libraries provide IntelliSense.
From the VBA Menu Tools\References, make note the items selected on a workbook that has IntelliSense (should be 3 or 4 checked items) and compare that to the workbook that doesn't.
Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
[CODE]your VBA code here[/CODE]
The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.
