Run-Time Error 4065 - Pasting Copied Data from Excel to Outlook Email Body

Hi,

Thank you all for your help. I have a VBA excel file that pulls data from a CSV file downloaded from a link. I format this data into a table through excel and then copy it over to Outlook. This is where the problem is. I get a runtime error 4065 for "file is locked for editing". Can someone take a look at my code and let me know what the issue is here? I've highlighted the section that is problematic.
