distribute rows based on column content

hello guys....

need your expertise... hope someone can help.

in the attached file you can see a button (Distribute Data) that separates the rows into different sheets based on what is in column L. i just got this in one site.. it is working fine for me.. but I needed some modoification as follows:

1. i wanted it to copy the entire row, right now it is just copying from column A to L
2. column headers in the source sheet (Loadlist) should also be copied in each sheet that was created
3. formatting will be the same as that in the source sheet

i hope someone can take a look into this..
