filter data and copy to another sheet by inserting rows

Hi all,

I have a Data in worksheet "Duplicate checking".....where data needs to be filtered
and another worksheet "transmission".....( target worksheet, where data needs to be moved)


Second worksheet ( transmission ) sheet Data divided in to 2 have few blank rows in between.

Step1

In worksheet 1 data needs to be filtered only with current date , with status "ok" and "Duplicate"
needs to be copied to "Transmission" sheet under the Second half of the data.

Step2

In worksheet 1 data needs to be filtered only with current date, with status anything apart from "ok" and "duplicate"
needs to be copied to "Transmission" sheet under the first half.

But challenge is........in Transmission sheet two data divided in to two half with blank rows....may be one or two or any number of blank rows......
while doing step2, if 400 data is going to be copied to first half of data in Transmission sheet then so many number of rows to be inserted accordingly
to ensure the other half of data in Transmission data is not been over written.
