UserForm : i need a userform to add data, delete data, edit data

hello evryone

i m looking for a userform who play add data, edit data, delete data filter records (by column a61,c61,d61,e61) and see the next and previous records

i have sheet with name "ENTRY"

i use as data entry sheet

1 = Column A Data Entry Range = A61:A500 Only Words Enter
2 = Column C Data Entry Range = C61:C500 only Words Enter
3 = Column D Data Entry Range = D61:D500 only Numbers Enter
4 = Column E Data Entry Range = E61:E500 only Words enter
5 = Column F Data Entry Range = F61:F500 only Numbers enter
6 = Column G Data Entry Range = G61:G500 only Numbers enter

After data entry i want to Edit data, delete data, filter data 1 to 6 column and see the next and previous records
