Macro that moves Formulas 1 column right and then Pastes Values into previous column

Hi all. I am building a new tool that will help me forecast data based on being X number of days away from my target date.

The formulas (in my example sheet) will be vlookups or SUMIF formulas from data in various other tabs in the sheet.

What I need and can't figure out is how to write a macro that will move the formulas one column to the right and then go back and copy/paste values into the previous column. This is difficult for me to explain in words so I've attached a sheet with 3 tabs that show what I want to see before and after the macro runs.

    Any thoughts?
