Userform - "Case" functionality not working anymore

Hi, can you help out with the attached file. The userform "choosedoc" is programmed with the Case functionality in Module 1 so that I can change the values of those optionbuttons and make it different per sheet. It was working before and I suspect that the culprit is when I added a few more userforms which might have screwed something with the case statement because now, all sheets contain the same optionbutton values regardless of what sheet it is. I just want it that the Optionbutton values in "choosedoc" be different and be changeable for every sheet that I would add.

Also, if it is indeed the reason as to why "case" is not working anymore, If I am to add more Userforms in the future, how can I ensure that it will still work?

Hello paradoxofthecat,

You were calling the wrong macro from each of the buttons and the macro was display the wrong form. The attached workbook has the changes added.
