Calling another procedure to rundepending on selected option

How do you call another procedure to run based on the selected option? So I am trying to get sub 'MoveCurrent()' to run if 'Yes' is selected in the messagebox. Any help greatly appreciated.

Answer is not a string - it only looks like - it is enumerated type (one can use integer instead).
