Input Filename to copy, rename and save to directory

I have search and found multiple entries on copying and renaming files but I cannot find one that meets the criteria I am looking for; so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I need some code to open a user-form to allow me to enter a file name which is always from the same network directory "\\psjj\handling\", check the file exists (provide message if it doesn't), copy this file, rename it as "DSNUPdate.CMC" and put it in another network directory "\\psjl\running\". This directory is constantly monitored where this file is collected and then deleted.
