Range equal another range

The macro below selects a range. How can I make Range("IQ40") = the selection below? I would like to do this without copy and paste.

Right now I have it going down column IA and selecting between two values and column IO to select the values between these two.

Is there a way to just use

instead of having to put and "x" and just have it offset instead?

So basically seach column "IA" and select all the values between "12 / 15 Passeng" and "12 / 15 Passeng Total" and all the values between IA and IO. Like it is doing now, but without the "x"

When i run that it puts "12 / 15 Passeng" in IQ40 and all the cells to the right through JE40. Those 15 cells contal the value "12 / 15 Passeng"
