Menu with options that will be added to the next line

Hi All,

I am new to VBA so needing some help.

What I am trying to do is have a menu item with a button next to it.
When the button is clicked there will be a pop up that has options in a drop down menu to select (I was thinking a user form would be easiest for this)
Then when the user form is accepted it will add the selection to the line underneath the heading and then if another one is selected continue on this.

The problem I have is that initially there are no gaps between the menu items so a new row would need to be created before the selection could be pasted.

Hopefully this makes sense.
